Propellers
TEVO delivers NiAl bronze-cast custom and fixed pitch propellers for marine vessels and oil drilling platforms. The max dia of propellers is 10 m and max finished weight 60 tons. TEVO's propeller production is certified by major international classification societies.
Propellers are tailor designed based on basic data from the client to reach optimal performance on terms of functional parameters and comply with permitted noise and vibration values. Casting, machining and grinding are carried out at our Turenki workshop under the same roof.
Reconditioning and repair of used propellers, including stainless steel propellers, is also done in Turenki Works in Finland.
TEVO fabricates nozzles for thrusters with a new technology thanks to which the shape is absolutely found. The nozzle has only one welded seam. The new nozzle type was shown at the Hamburg SMM Exhibition in September 2010.
