Rantotek designed FBC Boiler to Sun Paper

Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co Ltd has succesfully started a bubbling fluidized bed boiler at its pulp mill in Yanzhou City. The power plant is part of a bigger paper industry expansion project. A Finnish boiler engineering company, Rantotek carried out the design and supervision on ECPM basis, including boiler design, equipment defining, tender documentation, technical evaluation and start up supervision.
The boiler is producing 460°C /86 bar steam at the capacity is 30 kg/s. The Bubbling Fluidised bed is capable of burning simultaneously many kinds of mill waste, such as wood residues, saw dust and sludge from the effluent treatment.
